Testimonial:
“A staff member at the front desk told me about the Hoist Roc-It group fitness class. I used to walk past the Hoist Roc It machine but never bother using because it looked complicated. This class taught me all about the different exercises I can do on it and gave me enough confidence to use it on my own as well. The small class size makes it feel really customized, like it’s just a training session between you and your trainer.” – Christine

“My friend and I tried this class together as a way to get familiar with all of the club’s cardio equipment. Super helpful. The gym’s ellipticals and treadmills have interactive menus that I wasn’t even aware of. There’s all of these cool fitness virtual games that you can put on while you’re running. It took my mind of what would typically be a boring 30 minute run. Without this class, I would have been stuck in my boring cardio routine forever. This class is also a great starter class to get you ready for the more advanced group fitness classes. Highly recommend!” – Anna

Testimonial:
“I didn’t want to try this class because I’m not in shape and I kind of felt nervous to go. I ended up going with a friend who has a membership with She’s Fit. I really liked the class a lot! The instructor made me feel really comfortable and didn’t pressure me like other classes I’ve taken. I’d recommend this class to people looking for a low key, intense work out.” – Andy S.
Interval Training
Get your heart pumping with our fun interval training class! This group fitness class lets you choose your own comfort level to ensure you get the most out of your workout. The 30 minute class consists of drills on our most popular cardio equipment (Elliptical, treadmill) with alternating work and rest period throughout.
Testimonial:
“I usually go on the treadmill and do some weights for my workout routine. That’s my go-to routine. I wasn’t seeing a lot of tone in my muscles, so I asked someone at the gym what I should do. The staff member was really helpful. They told me to take an interval class because it combines cardio and weights to tone muscles. So, I tried the interval training class a few times and I really liked it. After a few times going, I actually noticed a bit of a difference in my arm muscles 🙂 “- Jarod
